Hey there, I’m Laura and this is Sonya!
As home bakery owners, soon to be sister-in-laws, and a full time elementary school teacher (Sonya) & palliative care nurse (Laura) we have the privilege of connecting Kitchener-Waterloo with those impossible to find, gluten, dairy and lactose free European delicacies.
Sonya has been living with Celiac Disease since 2012, and I have been lactose intolerant since 2006, as a result we have been creating gluten/dairy friendly recipes for years. In our experience, these delicacies are extremely challenging to find so we started our business to solve this problem for you.
