Are all your products gluten free (GF)?

> Yes, in place of wheat flour we use various gluten free flour blends that include the following: almond, coconut, potato, tapioca, white and brown rice. 

What does DF and LF mean?

> DF (dairy free) mean we have substituted cows milk for almond or coconut milk. LF (lactose free) products still contain dairy but no lactose. Therefore, may be consumed by someone who is lactose intolerant. 

Are any of your products considered vegan? 

> Yes, we currently have two products that are vegan (Dark chocolate & orange tahini bites, rice pudding). This is because many European inspired desserts include eggs. 

Are all your products nut free?

> No. However, many of our products do not contain nuts. Products are not made in a nut free facility. We do understand that our customers have allergies; therefore, we are attentive to allergens and cross-contamination within our kitchen.

Do I have to prepay to order your products online?

> Yes. In order to confirm your order, an email e-Transfer to cinnandspicebakery@gmail.com is required. This also allows us to offer a contactless service to our customers. 

How do I receive my baked goods?
> We deliver your baked goods right to your front door. We will text you with an approximate arrival time. 

Do delivery fees apply?

> Delivery fees apply to areas outside of Kitchener, Ontario. The link outlines the boundaries of free delivery.

How far do you deliver?

> Currently we deliver to the Kitchener, and Waterloo areas. If you are outside of these areas, please contact us.
